Old Philips Magnavox Model XL8530 AK01 Projo - No Power

Have a Philips Magnavox Model XL8530 AK01 (Chassis PTV3-75; some boards
id at PTV 400)
which does not come on. Mainline feeds to all 3 (Q410 on main board,
Q161 and Q111 on high
voltage power supply board) switching regulators measure at 158.5 volts
standby.However, no
oscillation occurs when power button pressed. There are 2 switch mode
controller ic's
(MC34065P). One (IC 401) is located on the main board. The second
(IC111) is located on
the high voltage power supply. I disconnected the high voltage splitter
in order to
determine whether it was loading down the power supplies. There was no
change. Main fuse
and horizontal output (Q501) are ok. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. As a second
request, any directions on filling the tubes with fluid. Customer filled
blue tube once.
Tubes look as if plastic containers attached to sides. This is
definitely an older
projection tv. Thanks ahead, Ron.

Do you have standby volts on main board? Very common for caps in standby P.S.
to cause loss of 5v needed for CPU; also seen leaky 7.5 volt zener in same
circuit...
