Default Philips 32PW6826/05 Widescreen fault

I have a Philips 32PW6826/05 to which all works fine in the UHF channels but
when trying to either use AV1, AV2 or AV3 (S-VHS with phono) the picture is
as follows:

AV1: Using Sky Digital - The picture has horizontal lines in which looks
like the pic has rolled over 90degrees (Sound is ok)
AV2: When the External DVD into this scart, All I get is a black picture
with a few white drop-outs, but again sound is ok

The TV has a Built in DVD player and obviously uses a "Line in" and as soon
as this is selected, when I insert a DVD into the tray it automatically
switches to the DVD input but the error again is with the picture being
black with white "like" background, but sound is ok.

Any ideas.....

JJ
