CTC197CD PICTURE TO WIDE?

Does any one have some tips, on what would cause the picture width to be
enlarged on a CTC197CD? A Friend suggested it's a cap or diode, but I
don't know which one. None of the blue caps appeared to be swollen.
Thanks, Dave
