NO HV

Have this KDS - Mod. KD1731T with no HV. - Green LED in front of panel lights
up when on and dissapears when off. - measuring votages, I get 137.7V on the
collector of the HOT when unit is off and voltage drops to abt 120V when I
turned it "on" but no action on the HV. Resoldered all connections around FBT
but no change in symptom. Any ideas of what could be wrong will be appreciated.
TIA

NO HV

Loss of drive to the horiz section from the signal generating device.
Defective component or improper supply in the horiz driver circuit. Best bet
will be to scope the signal to the horiz driver and trace it back from
there, of coarse having a good schematic will probably be required. May even
be a cracked circuit trace or poor soldering in other areas.
