There are 5 brand names of "sales type" Load Cell scales that use the same
basic Load Cell design and Electronics, including the Prom that provides the
info for the RS232 interface to be connected to a computer terminal.
The calibration can be done using the scale display only.

Your referenced Scale is a 150 lb capacity and the most used calibration
reference for this capacity is a "certified 100 lb" weight standard. More
info can be found at this URL. http://www.transcell.net/pdf/pcuserv12.pdf

The manual is the basic manual as provided to `most' of the 5 brand name
customers. Each Brand name seller may repackage the manual to fit it's own
brand, but the steps and values are the same as defined in the electronics
controller prom. Each Brand Name seller will also provide the customized
software needed to interface the computer or sales net to the RS232
interface of the scale.

The Manual therefore does not reference the "Title or source of the
required Computer or Terminal SW" to mate the scale to a point of sales
device or pricing computer system..
