Q:Compaq TFT450 LCD monitor, only upper half working?

Lower half is bright white. Sometimes it works well for 20 minutes, then the
lower half fades to white.
The backlight tubes are working correctly.
Any tips?

Maybe a loose (supply) contact at the row drivers?
