Are they reliable?

Any thoughts on the APex PF2025 20" flat screen TV
 

Very LOW COST built. After warranty, it is a "Throw-Away" set, just like
the rest of their products. During the warranty, most of the time the set is
exchanged by the importer. They only will service the very simple faults, if
possible.
