May be time to have an RCA Service Technician have a go at it, have them
indicate to you where the fluid could have gone and the effects. Seen a few
of these that the fluid goes right into the deflection - HV circuits.

Looks like it is time to call on an experienced and trained technician,
preferably one with lots of experience on the ctc195 series of chassis.

Without even minimal basic troubleshooting information, no real help of any
kind can be given. The information you have given says you have a dead set
that needs repaired.

probably a bad HV block; pull the flyback to block lead (it's labaled near the
block) and position it out the front of the cabinet as far away from everything
as you can manage; then turn on the set (briefly); if it powers up, even for a
second or two, you've found the problem (the block). Don't buy the generics,
use only the RCA part. You'll also need to check the power supply voltages, as
this chassis frequently has problems with some capacitors, and a diode.
