Default chip info needed

Can any of you guys point me at datasheets or other info (web pages are
fine) on the chip I'm looking at in this power supply? It's marked DBL494,
though I've seen references to what appears to be the same chip with other
letters in front of that 494 part...

I could also use data on KA393 (8 pin DIP) and MC34063 (also 8 pins), if
it's out there...
