Ge tv/vcr Model 13tvro1
 

Unit came in with rapid turn off and turn on of tv when power button pushed.
Replace C09 in vcr power supply corrected this. Second complaint is squeal
from unit when it is turned off. The squeal is coming from the tv power
smps but I cannot find it. Have tried pressure on coils. transformers etc
ESR the caps but they check good. Any Idea's
