R1G7 resistor (+B Voltage) of Monitor Nec JC-1581 burnt in flame !

Default NEC JC-1581, R1G7 burnt in flame ?

Obviously there is something faulty in the circuitry..... a shorted or leaky
cap?.... semiconductor?..... lopt?.... that is drawing too much current from
the power supply..... or the B+ regulation has failed causing excessive B+.
I would suggest that you perform further tests to determine where the fault
is. Follow the circuitry path before and after the resistor.
