I looking for MC3518 datasheet.
It's an obsolete CAN, I think.

I have a Motorola Linear and Interface IC databook. It lists the
MC3417, MC3517, MC3418, MC3518 devices as "continuously variable slope
delta modulators/demodulators". The only package style shown is a
ceramic DIP-16, no CAN. If you need a scan (18 pages), let me know.
