Default Sony Multiscan 17se video problems

I got 17se multiscan and it picture is to bright (blue color blurred)
and its pulsating every 1 sec.after a while good picture comes on and
stays for a while and then it switches back to blue. Good picture
stays for long time when it comes back. Maybe power supply??? I
unplugged the different color cables on the back and it does change
picture it's almost good when blue is unplugged.

Changing cable did not help

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Default Sony Multiscan 17se video problems

You must first verify if the main supply in the set is working correctly at
all its outputs. Then verify the video signals along their respective
paths, and bias voltages up to the CRT elements. This should give some
indication to where the fault is.
