Hakko 700 desoldering/soldering station
Hello All,
The desoldering gun of my Hakko 700 station is not heating. The element is OK. Hakko do not supply schematic information. I need information on the following parts to trace the circuit. AC05D 4YL flat pack made by NEC SCR maybe? I can't find any data on this part, ratings, lead info etc. C170IC (an 8 pin integrated circuit) No luck in finding information on this part also. All clues greatly appreciated. Regards, John Crighton |

Regards, John Crighton Most likely the temperature sensor has gone bad. My Weller did that, the display read 890 F or something like that the second you turned it on. Yup, the sensor read infinity ohms. It was expensive, but not as expensive as an entire handpiece. Jon |
