CX35C60 chassis 9310 Can't get into service menu
 

I have tried the usual Hit mute on remote then again and holed then
hit the menu on the tv.Should get an S on the screen. I get this
reading on the upper left cornor ADDR
DATA--160H--OEH--BINARY--00001110B.There must be another way for this
model set.Thanks for any come backs. Lyle

That is the service menu for that model.
What you need is the service manual to decipher the hex code you are seeing.
And what each location number and value needs to be and how to change them.
