Default Sony Projection Intermittent Power Problem

Hi,
I have a 13 yr old Sony KXP46EX25 46" rear projection TV. In the last
week, every couple hours, the power clicks off for approx 4 minutes and
then comes back on. Other posts have suggested that the power supply might
have a cold solder joint and loses power for a few minutes, cools off, and
then powers on again. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?? Any
suggestions to diagnose/fix the problem?
Thanks!

Probably time to check all the electrolytic capacitors in the set including
the power supplies. While in there then you can also check for poor solder
connections.
