Sometimes when first turned on, raster goes bright and cannot see
video. Turn off and then turn on, normal. Most times, turn on and
raster is light grey. OSD, audio OK. Please help.

oops.

CAUSE: 200V supply was at 98V. 25V source dropped to 17V. SOLUTION: Replace
CR4701, located near T4401 pin 10, even if it checks OK.
