Looking at the animated sequence,
the uphill end of the carrying wire is tied to a tree, not anchored in the ground otherwise? That tree is going to bend over. Likewise, no matter how huge the downhill tree may be, watch the roots on the downhill side for signs of popping. Good luck with the parade ground in the sky! |
