Default Diode identification

Hi!
Servicing a SGI Fuel CPU, I found a short circuited diode.
The only marking is S4 15.
The companion diode, working, has 0.2V of forward voltage, so it could
be a fast recovery Schottky switching diode.
Could you help with the marking?

Thanks!
