Tektronix connector

I am looking for the 6 pin connector [LEMO?] that is used to connect a Tek P6407 probe to the rear of a Tek 2430A digital 'scope. Can anyone suggest a type/series and a source or a NG that is likely to be knowledgable on this??
Thanks.

Why not call up the TEK service department? If they're in a good mood,
they might look up
the vendor part number for you.
If you have the probe manual, there might be a tek part number in that.
Would make the service dept job easier getting the vendor number.

There's always lemo.com
and mouser is listed as a distributor.
google is your friend.

If it's a silver,pull-lock ring type connector with a half-circle inner
piece and 3 pin and 3 female receptors,then it's a LEMO connector. a
miniature LEMO,IIRC.

you probably can download the probe manual on the TEK website, and that
should have the manufacturer and their part number along with the TEK part
number. Digi Key ought to have them.

TEK may list it as a complete cable assembly too.

Looking in the P6407 manual, the connector is part of the the cable assembly, so it is not so easy to find out the series and number of the LEMO part. I have never seen the actual plug that fits the connector but it appears to be a push-pull locking type. Since the likely one is $42+, I want to be absolutely sure before buying one. Lemo has several that look much the same and they do not seem to show any dimensional details of the mating parts, just the outside dimensions so it is difficult to be certain of which one I need, when I can only take measurements of where the plug barrel fits the chassis connecor.
