Sylvania funia SRT2127s squeels

The power supply is squeeling and When I cut the collector lead on the
HOT, is still squeeling and B+ is 75VDC not 130VDC.

anybody got any ideas where I can turn

My next step is to supply raw B+ to the 130VDC and sub out the LV
supply side with a separate supply
