Introduction of PIC in my School

Hi friends and good pals out there,
I want to introduce Micro-controllers in my schools electronics
curriculum as it is fast replacing traditional electronics. I need
very good books, Lab equipment and may be a course outline on PICs for
my students. Where do I get all these?
THANKS.
