Username "anonymous", email address for password (you can use
@example.com if you wish, I bet).

Works great out of IE's FTP Folder View.

I didn't find any passwords or anything required. Just keep following the
blue links deeper into the directory trees until you get down to
recognisable component types. The individual pdf's then download just fine.
