Default SMD top codes ?

sorry don't know the SOT package numbers, did look but not found

Perhaps voltage regulator or bucky controllers
BJSQ
5 pin , size of body area, 2.8 x 1.5mm

same physical type but top code
JAPL

JB
1G
(number one not I)
4 pin on perhaps a pass transistor, size of body 4.3x 2.4mm

The BJSQ is ohmic and heating up loading down the 9V battery. 4 actual pins
0V, 9V, an output that should be about 1.5V less than an external reference
voltage of 5V applied to the fourth pin. If no info found I will try an
LM317 and a couple of resistors to set at 3.5V .
