Tip: Funai service and owner's manuals
If anyone is looking for a Funai service manual or owner's manual,
then it can probably be located using the following URLs: http://www.funai-corp.com/6pdf/sm/xxxxx.pdf (service manual) http://www.funai-corp.com/6pdf/om/xxxxx.pdf (owner's manual) Just replace the "xxxxx" with a model number. The Funai brand appears to be sold under the Magnavox, Insignia, Durabrand, Sylvania labels, and probably under many other supermarket labels. You may be able to cross reference a supermarket label to an equivalent Funai model or chassis by searching for a major part (eg flyback transformer, video head, jungle IC, microprocessor) at ... http://bestbuy.partsearch.com/AllBra...AllBrands=true The search result may identify other models that use the same part. In addition to building a URL using the Funai model number, you could also perform a Google search for the part number ... eg QSBBA0SSY003 filetype:pdf This should find those service manuals which list that particular part. Use the appliance manufacturer's part number rather than the IC manufacturer's. The Sylvania web site also maintains a similar list of Owner's Manuals: http://www.sylvaniaconsumerelectroni...om/6720FDG.pdf http://www.sylvaniaconsumerelectroni.../om/6719DG.pdf - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email. |

Insignia, Durabrand, Sylvania labels, and probably under many other supermarket labels. Symphonic, too. My dad had a Symphonic tape recorder 50 years ago. |
