Samsung HLR5064WX/XAC DLP not firing up...help please
 

Hi

My 50inch Samsung DLP has only a blinking lamp light on the front
bezel on and off.
No fan noise, no bulb sparking up and no colour wheel action
either.....
I have put a new bulb in and no change, the on and off button doesn't
even work.
When you plug in the set you hear 1 faint click, and that click is
coming from the power
board not the bulb or ballast area. The small blue safety switch
dosen't make any difference
if its on or off. I'm not sure if a new ballast would make a change,
I'm just not sure if I want
to sink any more money into this project. If anyone has any idea's
please let me know.
