Select cell type and cell number and get charging voltage per cell and
for total cells (Adjusted for internal resistance for fully charged).
Gives Min battery pack discharge voltages to protect battery pack
calls from revease polarity voltage under high load conditions.
Select battery MAH/AH rating and how long you want to charge the
battery for battery charging current.
For batteries up to 24 cells.
Shows charge rates and durations
Charging Rates (Select/Custom)
Custom is any input value.
Next Version to have programmable type section.

Anyone ever used an Alkaline charger that actually works? In my experience they just put about 10% back in. Useful perhaps for a clock for one month.
