Does anyone know where I can find the datasheet or the manufacturer of this
ICs?: BE5X28 and BD5T15. Both are in a HP ZE2000 laptop motherboard.
(anything about the schematics of this mobo?)

The attached image show the IC manufacturer logo.


The logo belongs to Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, Inc.

The part number is AO4413. It is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode Field
Effect Transistor, 30V, 15A.

BE5X28 and BD5T15 are actually date/batch codes.
