Toshiba model 46H84, CH. TAC472 stuck in captions mode
You cannot turn captions off with the remote through the menu on this
set. Customer said that it happened all of a sudden. She tried unplugging the AC for a few days but captions came right back on when it was powered up again. Is anyone familiar with this problem on this set? Thanks, Lenny. |
