Need to reattach ribbon cable on circuit board
Greetings and happy New Year. I need to reattach a flat ribbon cable
that was glued (unfortunately) to a circuit board. Any suggestions? If possible I would like to simply reglue. If this is possible, what sort of glue would I use? What sorts of preparation would be required? Would I have to worry about "bridging"? If I wanted to try to reheat the existing glue -- any suggestions on how I would go about this (I suppose using the right heat would be critical). Thx! Peter |
