Default 74HB139 - any info?

Does anybody know what 74HB139 is?

It might be SN74HB139, 54HB139 or something like this. 16 pin TSSOP, made by
Texas Instruments, marked as follows:

HB139
(TI Logo)97K
KDT6

I'm 100% sure it is good old 74xx139 but what the heck is "HB" ? Google
brings only a bunch of good chinese guys that have everything in stock,
whatever it's called, but not even a single piece of information...

It _IS_ "HB", not "HC". There are several of those and all are exactly the
same.

Any info on HB logic family?
