SMD search
 
Need to find out what these 2 SMD items are. J634 and K347. Not sure if
last digit is a 7.
Both 3 terminals. Body is 1/4 inch square and 1/16 inch thick. Goolgled and
checked DigiKey. No results. Any ideas? TIA

Sounds like you may have a couple of FETs, the "J" (2SJ) is usually
P-channel and the "K" (2SK) is usually N-channel, this number designation
system makes no distinction between JFET and MOSFET but MOSFET is probably
more likely.

Google the full part numbers and see what comes up.
