V500 Canon Camcorder - neither drum nor capstan spin up
Problem is related to the lack of power from the dc-dc converter. CAPS
checked against ESR and replaced accordingly. No result. The dc-dc converter 5,1v and 3,1v voltages are ok. The tl1466i output for drum and capstan are instead stuck at high level so no output power is provided out of the buck. No Short Circuit or Over Voltage protection pins measure high. Does any Canon guru out there know about a well known problem related to this? Thanks! |
