Making a 2 Volt 400 Amp bridge rectifier?
The 400CNQ center tap, high current, Schottky rectifier
module series has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. The cathode base is common. How do you use 4 of these with respect to heat sink mounting and electrical isolation? |
