Default jvc GM-V42UG plasma TV

Our JVC plasma TV went on the blink. The self diagnostic light in the
upper left corner is 1=red flashing, 2=red light, 3=red light. The
manual that came with it does not say anything about this pattern but
only speaks to the pattern for dust in the air intake
(overtemperature?). I searched the WEB and JVC site and it has only
the same manuel. Does anyone have an idea what the above pattern
means or better yet where is more detailed info on repair of this
model. We live in a very small rural area not real close to a big
city. Any info would be appreciated.

George
