Problem Finlux HCS 4030

Hello,

I have a Finlux HCS 4030 (Home cinemaset) with a problem.

I can play no orginal dvd's from my regio (2).
It will also that the player sometimes hangs. This is not on the same place.

Anybody the same problems?
What can we do?
