Post any actual diagnostics you have preformed, such as voltage
measurements, resistance checks, etc. That way we have a bit clearer idea of
what has happened to the set. Otherwise off it to the local repair facility
qualified to service it.
Buzzing may be from the power supplies indicating failure in one of the
deflection circuits including a possible defective LOPT.
