RCA TV 27V412T ch M134C Sams Photofact 5234 covers same chassis.

Can someone explain some of the terms used in the service mode chart/menu?

I know some, but the following I have no clue:

Menu 7:

What does "MOD" relate to?
What does "OPTM" relate to?

Menu 10:

What does "MODE" relate to?
