I have taped a program on my VCR and when I viewed it the sound was
not of the program that I taped. How can I disconnect MTS/SAP on my
T.V.

1. Are you sure your VCR does not default to the audio coming in the
LINE INPUT over the tuner?

2. Are you sure you did not select MTS/SAP recording (on the VCR)
versus normal audio this time?

3. Your TV may have a menu option to select the audio to be output to
whatever connectors you are using to connect to your audio amp...if
you are using an external amp.

It is your VCR that was set for SAP when you recorded that program. If the
VCR has recorded both the original program audio and SAP, you need to set
it for the appropriate audio channel, but more than likely it is likely
only one was recorded, so have no option to get program audio back, except
wait for the program to air again.
