Kodak P850 Service Literature and/or Advice
 

Does anyone know where I can find a service manual for a Kodak
EasyShare P850? I've tried looking, but there doesn't seem to be any
service literature available for this model anywhere.

The problem is that the unit will power on and function correctly,
except that when it takes a photo, it's completely black, as if the
lense cap is still on. When I look inside the lense, the little
shutter snaps, and everything sounds OK; all of the other functions
act fine too, with the exception of the image/video always being
black. I've got another unit that won't power on (there is a faint
click, and even fainter whir, and another click, then nothing), but
I'd rather tackle one problem at a time.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/reccomendations anyone can
