Pioneer RPTV Problem--tuner or...?

There are a couple electrolytic caps in the tuner, I think a 47 uf and like
a .47 uf. Don't have note in front of me. Change those, try it, should fix
the tuner problem. Common problem in the Pioneer tuner.
