Panasonic CTP-2780 sound no pix

Screen suddenly doesn't light up but sound is OK. I have a HV probe for
my Fluke meter. Sticker inside says it should be 30Kv I'm reading 15Kv.
Also not seeing any glow in neck of picture tube. Is it toast? Any
suggestions?
