Plasma problem

I have a Pioneer PDP-V402 40" plasma tv monitor that has four
horizontal lines running across the screen. The first is about 5" down
from the top and appears to be 4 lines(pixels?) wide. the other three
are spaced out approx 2" lower, 4" lower and 10" lower than the first
line. These are thinner lines(approx 1 to 2 lines(pixels?) wide. Is
this something that can be repaired? The lines are totally black(no
power) just like it is when the screen is powered off. Any insight
would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's probably fried row drivers, generally not repairable.
