r6 in the power supply,a samsung BN44-00053c is burnt open.
its either 6.8 or 680 by what remains of the multiplier band

Have you fixed whatever caused it to burn up? Resistors hardly ever
burn up on their own volition.

Not yet,its either an associated lytic thats within spec but may have high
ESR (dont have a meter) or the chopper IC.
