32" 30PW9110DL Philips TV won't turn on
 

Howdy Folks:

This seems to be a fairly common problem as I see people talking about
it in the internet forums. My set will not turn on (just get the power
LED flashing). If I do get it to come on which is rarely now, it works
like it has no problems. Any ideas or the schematics would be greatly
appreciated.
