Default Mitz CS-26301 no color

Miz CS 26301 no color

Bypassed Pip with 4.7uf 35v pin 5 to 11 and
with a .01uf 50 disc pin 7-9 on vp socket
I thought the 7 and 9 pins passed the color.
Nice black and white picture but no color.
This PIP is a 930B552 012
What am I missing?? Trble not on PIP mod
