Phillips 27" T.V.
 

Phillips 27" T.V., Model # 27T500 C101 chassis # 27B502-00AA, only
comes on
sometimes, & flyback squeaks at turn on, but then set works ok. Press
any front
button, like menu, the set turns on, then the button reverts back to
it's regular
function. While on, the set sometimes has a small noticeable horizontal
noise in
the pix. Can't really see the noise on the scope. Anything common in
this chassis?
