Diode Identification
I have a diode which I can't seem to find any information on. I've
tried all the usual sites and no-one seems to have any matching part numbers. Its from a LCD monitor power supply - from the recifier circuit (as far as I can tell) - its was connected to a 400V cap which is also blown if that helps any. On the diode: GP20-06 F51 The logo is a wavy F in a circle. The only company I can find which has a similiar logo is frontier electronics, but they dont make diodes. Any info would be appreciated. |

I'd guess it'll be a fast recovery diode ( maybe 2 amps ? ) with 600V rating. Graham |
