Looking at the Sears site I can't locate any info, or parts on a
model # 57-14367 made by JVC T.V. Anyone have a cross

The Sears site says that to obtain parts or service manuals you have to
phone them: 1-800-252-1698

If the TV was sold in Canada, try the Sears Canada number: 1-800-469-4663
