Datasheet SGS-Thompson BUD98i

Does anybody know where to find a datasheet of a SGS-Thompson BUD98i
power transistor?

Web searches did not produce meaningful results so far. The transistor
is located in the electronics of an Auerbach CNC milling machine. It
is produced from from start to end 90's.
